Ruth Hardy Park at 700 East Tamarisk Road, Palm Springs, California.

This is a nice park with a lot of parking. I came here to walk my dogs on leash. There is no fenced area specifically for dogs, but it's big enough that you can let them off leash if they have good recall and are well socialized (I'm not sure what the official rules of the park are in that regard so YMMV). There's also tennis courts, basketball hoops, and a children's playground. The wellness park in the northwest corner of the park is really beautiful and peaceful, a great place to bring a book and a sit a while.
