Palm Mountain Resort & Spa at 155 South Belardo Road, Palm Springs, California.

We travel extensively. This place was a disappointment. The rooms desperately need to be completely overhauled. You were lucky if your key would open the door. The pool was nice, as was the lobby. The ice machine was out of order and the pillows we had, were not comfortable at all. I also found a stain on my pillow. I'm usually very happy on our travels, and have never complained before on social media. But I just want to make people aware of the condition of this "Resort". Will not be staying here again.
