One of the staff member had telephoned advising the paperwork and key collection might take an hour. However when I arrived she was ready with all of my paperwork ready to sign in a neat folder, with an offer of a hot beverage and we were done in less than half an hour. She answered all the key questions I had about the move, and on the one occasion when she did not know the answer she asked a colleague straight away. I found Her behavior during my appointment both efficient and charming and Very professional. I highly recommend Utopia Management to anyone looking to manage or rent the property
